Dr. Navdeep Tangri is a clinical risk prediction luminary, inventing the world-leading risk prediction algorithm (KFRE) used in over 190 countries and authoring over 380 publications. Nav is a Professor at The University of Manitoba, Scientific Director of the Chronic Disease Innovation Center, and an editor of numerous leading publications. Nav has deep experience in drug development, health informatics, and was recently nominated as an ASN champion of the Partnership for Responsible AI in Kidney Health.

Chief Operating Officer

J.D. is a healthcare AI expert, bringing over a decade of regulated health tech experience working with breakthrough companies and products. He has served as a commercial and product leader for 10+ AI software as a medical device (SaMD) products, including the first FDA-cleared autonomous AI product with national CMS coverage. J.D. has advised top 20 Biopharma companies, as well as leading health tech reimbursement and regulatory firms.

Head of Analytics

Tom is a global leader in data science and health economics for chronic disease therapy, disease screening, and medical devices. He has led development of prognostic models and economic analyses for multiple breakthrough therapies and notable Biopharma partners. Tom has also led cost-effectiveness analyses that drive chronic condition management policy and therapy recommendations.

Currently serving as Managing Director at TD Securities, Sendeep brings over 20 years of financial industry experience across corporate credit, investment banking, M&A, and restructuring. Sundeep has advised management teams, boards, and private equity sponsors on complex mattes and transactions ranging from $100MM to over $2BN.

Michael is an accomplished healthcare and life sciences executive, previously serving as Chief Commercial Officer of POINT Biopharma, Rare Disease Franchise Head of Sanofi Genzyme Canada, and holding leadership roles in hospital administration and health system integration.
